The Shift to Digital
Zach steps away from a stable career to build his agency from scratch. He launches Pulse Marketing Solutions to help local businesses grow through automation, funnels, and clear messaging.
Then comes BuzFlo.ai — his own white-labeled CRM + automation stack — to simplify how small businesses handle follow-ups, inquiries, and reputation.
This phase was all about building systems for others—and learning what breaks (and what works) in the real world.
