Terms of Service

By accessing or using the DevTribe Labs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

DevTribe Labs provides custom software development, web application development, automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Provide access to necessary systems and resources
• Ensure you have rights to any content or materials you provide
• Pay for services as agreed in your project agreement

Client Materials: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components we use.

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and customer data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevTribe Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Colorado.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
